Hello all! This is my first post on this forum. I wanted to know if anyone has heard of warranty services for large-cap multifamily investment properties. I know of a company (frontdoor, Inc.) that provides warranties on appliances / systems for single-family residential properties and also features a network of vetted contractors to provide the necessary services, but I have not seen a similar operating model in commercial multifamily. Has anyone come across this? Additionally, what do multifamily investors think about this? Would you be willing to pay a monthly premium in order to effectively cover the cost and headache of any unexpected tenant maintenance?
