Anyone know of a rental inspection report a landlord can use to do periodic inspections?

A report that includes a detailed checklist of things to inspect by room, etc.

I have in my contract that I can do periodic inspections but want someway to document the condition of the property.

I've searched here and online. I'm willing to pay for a document I can edit. I'm sure the online services would be too costly considering I only have a handful of rentals.
