Referral partners and Car magnets (liability??)

Hello All, I am considering combining the use of car magnets and referral partners (bird dogs). My idea is as follows: Friends family and others interested, would put car magnets on their cars advertising our REI business. We would pay them on a referral basis. When leads come in, we would identify who brought the lead and pay a referral free upon closing. My question is, what if any liability would I be exposing my self to? Ie.. If they were involved in a car accident while displaying my magnets? Any other areas of concern are welcomed.
