Driving for Dollars question

Posted

Hello everyone!

This weekend was my first driving for dollars ride, and I came back home with a list of about 20 properties. I'm pulling the names and addresses (if they don't live there) for the owners of those properties, now comes the next step for which I need your guidance.

I have a few questions:

- How do you estimate how much to offer for a property you found driving for dollars?

- Do you have a letter template you send to these owners letting them know you're interested in buying their property?

- I will be setting up a Google number and an email address to add in that letter. How would the conversation go if they contact you back?

- At what point do you discuss the offer?

Thanks in advance for your help.
