Need to Change My Marketing Language On My Car

Hello my BP friends,

Currently, one of my marketing strategies to pick up off market property is I have a magnet on my car that states something along the lines of "We Buy Houses, any condition, no pressure, no fees". A realtor friend of mines mention that this may appear sketchy to some people in certain neighborhoods. I thought about it from the standpoint of a normal person walking by and looking at it and thought, I think he is right. I also don't like that fact that their are bandit signs with the same language, making it seem even more sketchier to the average person.

My question is what recommendations to you have for language that would let people know I am looking for off-market properties that is more professional than "We Buy Houses". I am looking for something short as there is limited space on the car magnet. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks in advance!
