Who's Focused on Mid-Term Rentals?

Howdy BP crowd! Just curious who's focused on mid-term rentals? These would be rentals trying to target people looking for leases 1-10 months mostly. Longer than STR's and shorter than a traditional 12+ month lease. Any successes? Are you offering them furnished/unfurnished? Are you charging higher rents for the shorter terms? Curious if there is a good niche here that is under-supplied. As a Realtor, I commonly have clients who need these mid-term rental lengths when they move to town or wait for a new home to complete construction. I'd love your insights.
