Marketing to Divorce Lists
I'm just starting to market to divorce lists in our area. I've never mailed to them before, but it seems like a lot of the deals I've done over the years were involved in and around divorces.
I'm curious if anyone has any advice on what type of mail piece to use since it is a very sensitive time for them and if anyone would be willing to share what kind of ROI they have seen marketing to this list?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

You might want to subscribe to rebogateway.com for about $30 per month. That's where I get my divorce, estate sales, NOD's leads, etc.. in my area (San Diego, CA). It saved me a lot of time instead of going through county office records.
I'm not too sure if their service is available nationwide but it's worth your time to check it out.
