What's The Best Copy For Generating Leads With Lawn Signs?

Kevin Barske
Posted

Hello fellow investors!  Kevin from Winnipeg, Canada here.

I have been studying real estate investing going on 6 months now and take possession of my second duplex on June 1st.  The leads I got for these two deals came off a direct mail campaign that I ran.

Both of my duplexes are on corner lots with a fair bit of traffic going by and I would like to put up lawn signs to hopefully generate even more leads.

Have you had success with lawn signs in the past?  If so, what wording or "copy" do you feel generates the most leads?  I see a lot of "I buy houses for cash" signs and would like mine to stand out from the crowd.

I'd like to be as successful as possible and there's no sense in me trying to "reinvent the wheel" if someone else already has signs that work. "Success leaves clues" as Tony Robbins says.

Thanks in advance!
