Driving for dollars

Hi all,

I have recently done some Driving for Dollars.

I have a decent list but am going to do find more possible leads.

With that being said. My first question is after finding the deals, I am trying to find the most reliable lead name/info so I can market to them. How can I find this info?

Next, with Covid-19 I feel door knocking may not be the way to go in order to move forward in the process. From everyone else’s experience what works better.... phone calls or direct mail?

What are some scripts you have prepared for both and how successful are they?
