Tips on Expanding my Buyer's List
I'm gettin a ton of leads from sellers looking to off load there homes for a good price just yesterday that a seller wanted to of load 5 homes in the poconos for 150000 which is a great deal no mater how u put it. My issue is I don't have buyers that fit most of these leads. Sean terry pod casts says to contract everything regardless but I don't want to get into any legal trouble by contracting everything including the ones that dont fit my buyers list. Any tips on expanding my buyers list. ( there is no investors clubs in my area that I know of)
