Florida Beach Condo investment

I’m purchasing a condo in Hollywood Florida as a rental property after a year of ownership. The building allows 12 month, annual rentals only. How do I determine the rent and how do I vet potential tenants? My goal is to make residual income and eventually buy another one. Thank you!
