i looking for best software for management ?

on-line lease

collecting rents

keep tenants request

screening tenants

booking keep records

app acesa for tenants and land lord

my first multi family

but i will buy more

i wanna go multi family market

@Danilo Carvalhoesilva we use Housters.com can't say enough about this software. 

It has an app, allows for tenants to pay rent etc. 

We already had Cozy.co which is now apartments.com so we use them in combination with housters.
