Photographer in Niagara Falls, NY area

Hi, 

I have a two part request:

1. Im wondering if there are any [residential real estate] photographer referrals for the Niagara Falls/Buffalo area. We only need to do exterior photos (front and back) but need the photographer to do light staging (move any obstructions - within reason). The properties are being sold online to investors so would like to have MLS/owner-occupant like quality even though traditionally they would just go off our cash-flow statements.

2. Any guidance/advice on what I should be paying for a bulk service like this given we only want exterior photos? Will most likely be providing a list of about ~35 homes. I figured this should be cheaper than what we pay for a full interior and 360 for MLS.
