Deal Summary 

if someone has a pdf or ppt presentation for an investor package it will be helpful.

Plan: Our contractors are going to renovate a brand new kitchen and update the home prior to closing with a new buyer. This is a PENTHOUSE listing in a great area of CITY, that will rent well and refinance well, and continue to appreciate for years to come.

Timeline: 90 days

1st March to 15th April Construction.

2 weeks finishing/staging/marketing.

30 day closing.

60,000 IN CONSTRUCTION

SPLITS:

$15,000 Split each investor and GNA. (15% return on cash invested) Or 20% return by investing into GNA for next 2 projects.

2296191 ontario inc. with TIC for down payment investors.

GNA - will borrow funds for Mortgage cost will be deducted from revenue.
