Absentee Letter Template?

I have been fix and flipping properties from the courthouse steps for the last 5 years and now that things are slowing down, I'm going to send out my first batch of letters to absentee owners. Does anyone have an example of a typed letter (maybe word doc) that they have been successful with and would be willing to share? I looked around in the FilePlace but only saw an example of a post card (which was very helpful)

Thanks,

William

Sorry, William Larsen, I don't have a letter for you. You should get a few responses, though, so just a word of warning to possible replies. Please be sure your text is free from e-mail addresses, links to your web sites and phone numbers.

Hey - I know there are a few great threads with this on the site, but guys like Jerry Puckett and Michael Quarles have some great stuff. Maybe they'll jump in here, or at least direct you to where they've posted before.

And glad to have you here on the forums, William Larsen! If you haven't yet, maybe you can set up a few Keyword Alerts for terms like "courthouse steps" so when people have questions - you can share your advice from doing it!
