Looking for a GA real estate investor/mentor for my 2nd deal
Hey BiggerPockets family - long time lurker, newbie landlord here. I've just converted my primary residence into a rental property and definitely got bit by the real estate investor bug.
I'm looking to buy a 2nd rental property, but specifically a rehab/fixer-upper to really put the BRRR strategy to work. Problem is, I've never done rehab and this is all new to me. I've been spending 3-5 hours every day to learn everything I can about this game, but I've realized that I really need a mentor to take me to that next level of understanding/vision.
At this point, I'm just hungry to learn more about the Atlanta market and how to rehab/execute BRRR strategy like a pro. I work as a full-time chef, but I'm really committed to putting in the time/effort and making this worth your time as well.
If you are an investor/BRRR strategy pro, let's talk!
