SW FL Investors Chat - Residential and Commercial

During COVID, Real Estate has remained a constant - people will always need a place to lay their head/calculator/laptop computer. During the spring of COVID, many states saw a decrease in house sales, but speaking for Southwest Florida we have seen such a large increase since then that our Year Over Year sales and leasing is actually set to be higher than 2019.

Asking investors - what type of info do you tend to look for when seeking a new area? Are there specific metrics you rate locations by? And do you only deal in specifically certain types of residential OR commercial rentals/Apartments/shopping centers (A, B, C - or even those with certain stores or anchors)?
