What: 4 unit townhomes

Each unit 2 bed/2.5 bath

1200 sq ft.

One car garage

Separate meters

Built in 2007

3 are occupied

4th to be occupied by us because of using VA Loan

Mortgage $515,000

2.25 APR

$0 down

30 year loan

Rent $1000 a month

Closing costs $13,000

HOA Fees $100

Insurance $175 a month

Taxes $5600 a year

With this being our first purchase EVER, we would like to know if this is a good investment?!
