How do I go about finding roommates to occupy rooms in my house?

I recently purchased a house and I’m looking to have tenants occupy two of the three rooms. All rooms are fully furnished by the way. I’d like to know how to go about finding tenants, questions to ask during screening, how to make a room rental agreement etc

@Michael Olawale Congrats on your purchase!

BiggerPockets has a landlord resources tab. You can find the landlord resources tab by hovering over the "tools" bar and clicking "Landlord Resources". Some of these companies also offer free forms and other resources for landlords.

I'd suggest checking out the companies recommend by BP and researching which company would best fit your screening needs.

Good luck!
