Zillow Recording Calls?

Any tips dealing with this?

Zillow now records calls from leads generated for rental properties. I just heard the "this call is being recorded" when a lead called.

An article that also mentions this:
While some agents appreciate the service, others find it unsettling - Inman - requires subscription.

I am in CA, and I wonder how legal this is with our 2 party consent.

And there seems to be no way to opt out of this, unless you have a Zillow Premier Account. I am not sure if there is a cost to getting a premier account, which you need to be a licensed real estate professional.
