Single family house around Tacoma
I want to buy my very first house around Tacoma, WA and have around 80 K cash. I will live in the house for several month and rent it out when I need to move to California next year. I am wondering where I should buy the house so that it can be a good rental property and can increase its value over time. Lakewood? Tacoma area around University of Washington, Federal way, DuPont, or university place? Thanks you all!

@Aaron Nelson - just curious, what part of Tacoma are your rentals in? Any neighborhoods in the South Sound that you're especially bullish on for future rent growth and appreciation?
We like the area around UPS for student rentals, as well as Hilltop and Lincoln International District personally, but I'm sure there are more neighborhoods worth considering. Cheers!
