Active listing or not?

I was trying to get info about a foreclosure in OK. Why would the listing agent first try to convince me I don't want the house, then refuse to send any info or pics (no pics of any bathrooms in listing), then claim an offer had been accepted on it the day before? It's been over a week and the listing still shows it to be active.
