Real estate investing: Is it too late for me?

Ryan Renner
Posted

Hello BiggerPockets, this is my first post. I've just recently purchased my first house. Also, just found out I'm having my first child! As exciting as it is, I can't help but come to this realization that I've made it so much harder to begin my real estate investment career. I only have 5 grand in savings, and can only put $400 away each month. I've already used my FHA loan on my current house. Where do I go from here? I'd love to save up for a down payment for a separate rental property.
