Hi all,

I’m new to bigger pockets. My wife and I are looking to get into our first rental property soon. Because of where we live in California, and the difficulty in finding a reasonably priced rental, we are exploring options out of state. With that said, I was hoping to hear from some of you folks who have invested out of state before. Which cities would you recommend looking at? If you have any good experiences in particular cities, do you have recommendations for a real estate agent, contractor, and property manager in that area? I’m here to “soak it all in” and learn. Any advice is welcome. Thanks again!!!

Best regards,

Tim
