Done For You Wholesale Marketing
I am in a position where I don't have a lot of time, but have the resources to pay for some wholesale marketing. I have taken a close look at REI Vault and it seems like it would be a good fit for what I'm looking for, however, the price point is fairly high. I'm interested to know if anyone has had experience with them or maybe have some recommendations for options that will produce similar results at a lower price point.
REI Vault basically does the marketing (direct mail, PPC, Facebook), fields the calls, and even sets appointments with leads with their top tier package. It averages out to about $10-$12 an hour. Then there is the marketing cost on top of that. Their minimum requirement is $1000-$1500 if I'm not mistaken. So I would be looking at $3000-$3500 a month.
Alternatively, I'm thinking I might be able to find some options for each type of marketing (Facebook, Direct Mail, etc) and pay those companies separately at a lower cost potentially.

I've scheduled & automated blog posts to be uploaded to my carrot websites, and I'm using Smarterqueue to automate posting those blog posts & other content using RSS feeds to various social media platforms.
I'm guessing you don't need to do much PPC ads, if at all at this point, and I know the utilization of various tools will differ, depending on where someone's at in their online marketing phase. Any pointers will be appreciated.
Thus far I have never done any PPC or facebook ads, for my REI business.

I follow but one rule when it comes to SEO.
That rule is simply this:
What ever it is you are doing, are you doing it to add value to your traffic, or are you doing it to please Google?
If you are doing it to please Google, it is wrong. THAT is why I say 99.9999999% of SEO companies and people do it wrong.
So your automated blogs... are they really adding value to your traffic? Or are you doing it just for Google?
If it is for Google, don't bother.
Remember this: Google doesn't WANT you to please Google. You are not supposed to please Google. Google wants you to create a website that will blow your traffics panties off by giving them exactly what they want and need! You can not shortcut SEO and you can't mass SEO either. The ONLY way to rank #1, is by not trying to rank #1.
And that is exactly what we are doing. I absolutely do not care about ranking #1 believe it or not. I care about leads. I develop SEO strategies to get my forms filled, NOT ranking #1 despite of what SEO stands for. When I get my forms filled, Google sees that and concludes my website provides more value than the other sites and guess who Google will rank #1?
Yup Me.
I rank #1 because I get leads. The more leads I get, the higher I rank!
We have a webuyuglyhouses in our market, and their website has WAY more SEO signals then mine with a much higher domain authority, yet we outrank them.. now you know why!
This is what you need to do if you want to rank.
- What information would your traffic find valuable?
- How easily is that information absorbed?
- How inviting to read is it?
- Is it easily found?
- Will that information help your traffic picking you and filling in the form? (if yes, you obviously provided value to your traffic).
- Is your website structured logically? Intro, who is this website for, problems you solve etc. etc.
- How does your website score compared to your competitors based on the things listed above?
Notice I didn't even mention backlinks, blogs, and all that shady crap everyone else is doing!
THIS is the core and focus on MY SEO. It is ALL and ONLY about my traffic. Google can kiss my black smelly stinky sweaty musky... wallet!
Very different from what everyone else is doing huh? Makes sense why our results are so different?
Well that's why!
Dude if you think that posting regularly is going to make you rank stronger, man that is so wrong.
Google will rank the BEST website #1 even if it is 30 years old without a single update.
If that 30 year content is still the most relevant and well received content, google is NOT going to rank a crappy site #1 just because it is updated 3 times a day!
Now here is the scary part people.
If what I am saying is true... and I get these crazy results because i go out of my way to provide value to my traffic..
do you honestly think your SEO company is going to do that for you? DUDES they first of all need to have but one client... YOU! You can't do this for 3 websites, let alone 40 clients.
secondly, they would need to be investors themselves, wholesalers, cash buyers.. why??
Because ONLY when you are in contact with your selelrs regularly will you learn to understand them, what their objections are, what they are struggling with, and only when you understand them can you even BEGIN to provide value in the form of content.
You think your average and even the not so average SEO company is an investor too? And if they are... are THEY ranking #1? If they can't rank their OWN website #1, why would you think they can help you?!
SEO companies are the BIGGEST farce out there, right next to DMM companies!
NEVERRRRRR hire an SEO company.
DO IT YOURSELF!!!
