New Real Estate Investor

Hello I’m Keia,

I’m a beginner looking to start up my real estate business. I am currently a senior in college and I feel like real estate would be the perfect career for me. Even though I would like to start out just wholesaling, I would love to continue to learn more. I have been studying for some time now and I’m just having trouble with one part. How does a wholesaler get a list of reliable cash buyers?

Hi @Markeia Porter - congratulations! Wholesaling is a good start in real estate to begin learning about the ins and outs of investing. I would recommend attending real estate networking events, now gone virtual. Also, join some facebook groups to find cash buyers. Not all will be serious, but you will eventually find out and add those that are serious in your lead pipeline when you have deals to offer them.

Hope this helps.
