How to Market to Investors

Cynthia Trent
Posted

Hi Everyone!

I am an Architectural Designer and licensed Realtor in MA and NH. I recently started an LLC that provides architectural design services for investors and I am looking for ideas for marketing as I get my business up and running. I have been planning to attend REIA meetings in my area, and have done some general networking but I am looking for other ideas. What has worked for people who market directly to investors? Better to reach out to contractors or investors themselves? Any ideas are appreciated!
