hello

I am new to RE investment. I am looking to purchase a rental unit. Which areas are the best neighborhoods for rental property.

I have a rental in PG so thinking this area... prefer passive income since I work fulltime but do not mind rehab at onset then rent and hold.

Besides numbers what are the best factors to consider like schools,crime, public transportation?
