Voice mail message yesterday: Hi. I received your letter in 2008. I realize it's a little late but I'm calling anyway. It's about the house on xxx. Please call and let me know if you are still interested.

That's a record for me, I think. I've worked some leads for years and many sellers have heard from me many times. But that letter sat in drawer or in the file for four years. Too bad she didn't call me before she tore down the house last month.
