Looking for title rep that can benefit from instant recording.

I work for an estate planning firm, and am trying to integrate E recording into our practice, while eventually replacing snail mail. The problem I'm having is the E recording platform will not be available to Law firms in California until the April 2022. I'm willing to pay the entire annual subscription for any title affiliate that hasn't adopted or benefited from E Recording, and is willing to upload our client's deeds for expedited connivance. A course we will gladly comply with any guidelines needed and/or verification requirements requested.
