Hard Money lending PreApproval
I am looking into getting a hard money loan for a fix and flip. All homes seem to want proof of a Pre approval when submitting an offer. If seems like you must apply for the hard money loan, pay for inspection of the house and then still may get denied, is this correct? I’m trying to avoid running my credit and paying for inspections on homes if I still may get denied the hard money loan. All advice appreciated. Thanks!
