I would like to network with Baltimore, MD investors who are familiar with purchasing property via auctions. Looking forward to hearing from you.

@Lakisha F. I sell a lot of my properties via Ashland Auction group. I think auctions are a great way to buy. It is fast and no negotiating, just bid what  you think it is worth to you.

That said sometimes people overbid, sometimes properties go for dirt cheap. It just depends on who shows up and how much they want the property.

Keep in mind there are no contingencies when you buy at auction and you have to know you can get the money in 30 days. Expecting to finance an auction property just isn't practical.
