Hey BP community - can anyone remember who this podcast guest was? It was back when Josh was hosting. He sticks in my mind because, well, 'go, go, go like a rhino' isn't something I hear every day. He had a ton of energy, some innovative list buying criteria and cool direct mail ideas. Might have been in the Florida market? I'd like to re-listen or read the show notes. Thanks!
