Does anyone Have a Sample Letter for Absentee Owners?

Hi all, I have located a few properties in my area that have been vacant a year or better. I have done my research and found mailing addresses on the owners of record. Does anyone have a sample letter to send for a first time contact to an absentee owner that I can use as a reference point. I don't want to word it wrong coming out the gate and loose the potential deals. Thanks so much in advance!
