Hello BP Comunity, I just wanted to say hello . I decided I wanted to start in Realestate investing and have done a lot of research on BP . I’m jumped right in and bought my 1st triplex about 8 months ago . I just closed my 2nd deal on another triplex 1 month ago. I’m totally excited and addicted to say the least. I believe your only as good as your network . Hoping to connect with some interesting knowledgeable people who know the in and out of getting deals closed !!

Welcome, @Chris Erato, and congrats on the early success!  Love the 30-year term on the 2-4 units.  Did you end up investing close to home?  Congrats again!
