Best books to learn everything accounting?

Hey everybody! Still fresh into this thing, trying to get involved. I'm about to finish Rich Dad, Poor Dad and have J Scott/BP guide to rental properties ready next, but I'd like to also start learning what I can about accounting. Any recommendations as far as sources such as books, sites etc. That you all have felt were especially helpful? Thank you all!!!
