postlets/vflyer
I've noticed an drastic dropoff in the number of people using postlets and vflyer ads in Craigslist and other online marketing forums.
Can anyone explain a reason for this?

Postlets are fine so what they are free people like free especially when it looks good the reason people are not using them is because there is a theory going around that if you post a general looking ad that the by will assume it is the actual naive owner selling it for such a low price but that is ridiculous simple because you could always tell when a investor is posting because of the terns they use. ARV, LTV, 3/2 etc... So I say use them if you feel like it. People say CL is over saturated by I say buyers will always search for what they want, it your job to make sure they find your ad first.
