STOP FORECLOSURE BROOKLYN NY

Hello BP Family,

Starting today I will be marketing to folks in Brooklyn who might be in danger of losing their homes to foreclosure. With all of the short sales popping up on the MLS I know I will be successful in finding and helping someone. I was wondering what questions i should be asking to get all the pertinent information. I plan to buy and hold the good ones using hard money and pass others along to interested investors here in the Brooklyn area. I am a dedicated newbie so need all the help i can get with this one. Thanks guys!
