I Have Been Studying Wholesaling Investing For Quite A While Now I live In Toledo Ohio I Have Some Questions Though I Am Limited On Cash Very Limited At That But I Keep Seeing Things From People Saying When You Put A House Under Contract It Is Against The Law To Market The House I Cant Post Pictures On Any Marketing Or Give Adress Out Unless Its In Private Conversation I Have Never Done One Deal But Am Eager To do So I Guess My Questions Are How Do You Market Just The Contract Without People Thinking Its Just A Ghost Ad ? What are Several ways To market The Contract ? i just dont think you can really do wholesaling with no money i think you have to have cashflow to buy houses outright and market them with your ownership
