Hi My name is Monika Singh and I am a Realtor with Century 21. I am starting my niche in Probate marketing. I have set up my follow-up routine, have my brochure ready, my Probate Case Work Sheet ready, Master Index is ready,  I am at a loss for what to say in my letter to PR as an introduction. I have my whole system set up. Also where I can get Probate leads for free. Any help will be appreciated.
