I’m looking at purchasing a 6 unit apartment complex in Jonesboro, Tennessee. I’m located in Asheville, NC and I’m not very familiar with the area there. I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone could educate me on the area and their personal confidence in the rental market there. Thanks!
