How to structure a contract for own finance?
Hey y’all I need a little advice on this one , this is my first time financing a property but we still owe it so it has a lien from our bank. What Would be the best contract to use without going thru a title agency,and what would be the best way to handle taxes and insurance ? It’s a really good deal all the numbers make perfect sense but I’m stuck on this contract deal
