Inbound Outsourcing Calls

Overall, I'm reviewing my marketing options (direct mail, pay-per-click, organic) and am curious how to best handle return calls for inbound marking. I'm at a 9-5 and may be able to pick up a call or two, but want to maximize my chances by having all inquires returned promptly. In case I'm messing up the terminology, this line of thinking is:

  • Setup a web form for clients who are interested in selling their property off market
  • When a client completes the form, an outsourced service returns the request via call
  • The service would be able to:
    • Gather CRM information
    • Gather equity and condition information
    • Set appointment for live follow up

What suggestions, references, or experiences do you have?
