Having one or more real estate licenses
I have a NJ license, can I apply for a license in NY or Fl?

I am licensed in NY and NJ. I got NY first and while there is not reciprocity with NJ, NJ allows you to waive the coursework and just take the test. Not sure if it works both ways.
