Key Performance Indicators in Your Real Estate Marketing

Kent Clothier of REWW.com talks a lot about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)...

They are the metrics that marketers use to determine conversion ratios...

For Example,

A Wholesaler or Real Estate Agent would use:

# of Marketing Pieces sent (letters, postcards, doorhangers, etc)

$ Costs of Marketing

# of Responses

# of Face-to-Face Meetings

# of Closings

$ Revenue Generated

$ Net Profits

What are the KPI's you're using in your Real Estate Business ?
And what are you doing to better your conversion ratios ?

Are you seeing better conversion through Direct Mail Marketing, or Internet Marketing ?
