Software to email pre-populated LOIs & offer letters

Hello BP community! Quick question about a recent BP podcast - show on June 14, 2018. The gentleman they are interviewing mentions a software called Potio, I believe. He mentions using it to email and/or mail pre-populated letters of intent to prospective leads. These forms can be filled out through the software and then auto mailed/emailed.

I haven't been able to locate that software under that name. Maybe I am spelling it incorrectly or didn't hear the name correctly. If anyone is familiar with the software and can point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated!

Hi Paul, you can integrate podio and lob.com using zapier to do just that. Alternatively, you can reach out to Michael who runs www.wholesalehacker.com or something like that and buy his already built podio system and he can integrate it for you or you can hire a developer on upwork who is familiar with podio to design it for you.

You need podio account with globiflow ($24/month), free Zapier account, and lib.com account then rightsignature if you want to send offers to be signed via email
