Tactics to attract potential sellers
Hi guys,
I have read some really great posts and its good to see the wealth of knowledge.
I am based in the UK (outer London) and quite new to the property market but I have my objectives of what I want to achieve.
I wanted to ask you guys what you think are the best techniques or strategies to find those people that are struggling to sell their properties (for whatever reason). I am aiming to find properties that are below market value (people looking to sell quickly).
So far in the last couple of weeks I have:
1) Done a leaflet drop which hasn't been that successful.
2) Found a good estate agent (after many meetings) that will notify me of any property for sale before it goes on the market.
I have another leaflet drop planned in a week or so with a different message.
What has worked for you guys?
Many thanks and wish you all the success.
G
