Bird Dogging & Marketing Properties
Greetings folks.
Big time newbie here from the Inland Empire area. I am starting off slow, currently bird dogging.
It is easy for me to find properties but I want to go beyond that and assist in marketing properties once they are under contract (ex: bandit signs and social media marketing).
By doing this am I acting in the capacity of an agent or broker? I don't want to overstep any boundaries but I also want to do this to keep track of any deals I help originate. Any advice?
