Hyperventilating, so I called a FSBO they ended up calling back we spoke for a bit turns out the house is in probate (mom) died, house needs some work as it's outdated also it has a pool. He gave me a figure $360k I thought that was a lil high but told him I'll run it by my partner and get back to him soon...... Partners what the hell is my next step im thinking comps but don't know where to start then after comps what's next. P.S any Fairfield CT agents in the house I could use your help on this one thanks for reading.
