Available direct mailing lists!

Hey my name is Luke Harwell and i am new to real estate investing. I was wondering if anyone had some advice to lend. I know that there are very popular lists out there when sending direct mail, but i have having trouble coming up with some other lists. The ones i know of off the top of my hear are Absentee owner, probate, and divorce. Are there any creative lists that anyone could recommend I would really appreciate the help thanks guys.
